Document Description
The proposed project would result in the expansion of the St. Francis High School. Building space would increase from 62,000 sq. ft. to 120,750 sq. ft. Enrollment would increase from 830 to a maximum of 12,000 students. Staff would expand from 85 employees to 125 employees. Parking will increase from 265 spaces to 443 spaces. The Armory site will be redeveloped as part of the school grounds. The project includes three phases of development to occur over a 15-year period. A landfill is located in a portion of the project. Mitigation has been proposed for potential impacts related to hazards, traffic, air quality, noise and cultural resources.
