Document Description
The Second Amendments to the 1974 Agreement between the City of Fairfield and the Solano Irrigation District provides for an extension of certain terms and a modification of terms of an Agreement entered into in 1974. Among the Second Amendment terms are an agreement to transfer to the City of Fairfield reclaimed water for use upon City lands, extension of payment of damages upon sewer or water service by the City within certain service areas of the District for a further period, provisions for transfer of water entitlement from the Solano Project, provisions regarding detachment of lands from the District, and provisions for payment of monies to the District by City.
