The project will construct an unpaved multi-use (hiking, equestrian, and mountain bike) public trail on an approximately 1567 acre property owned by the California Department of Veteran's Affairs (CDVA). The proposed trail would be almost 6 miles in length, and will be constructed to multi-use standards, to accommodate equestrians, hikers, and bicyclists.
