Document Description
The project would involve construction of a 4.5 acre hot springs fed swimming pool complex consisting of a swimming pool, wading pool, two spas and a thermal spa. Improvements would include associated pool decking, a support building, paved parking, and a packaged sewer treatment plant. A 0.6 acre leach field disposal system would be located upgradient of the project site.
