Document Description
The proposed project is called a Facilities Development Plan. The plan proposes a number of physical renovations to the central portion of the San Buenaventura State Beach recreational facility. Collectively, these renovations are intended address deferred maintenance of aging physical features and improve functionally of the park unit. The renovation activity will focus on the following four areas; Pedistrian and Vehicular Circulation and Parking Areas, Picnic/Day Use/Large Group Use Areas, Reconfiguration of the San Pedro Street Entrance, and Removal of Facilities from the Dunes and Restroom Replacement.
