The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SLO-34270-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, La Entrada De Paso Robles LLC. The Project is associated with the Entrada de Paso Robles development, and includes remediation activities related to installing a mitigation area to address permanent impacts to an unnamed ephemeral drainage as a result of unauthorized fill placed within the development area, as documented in a Non-Compliance Notice of Violation dated May 13, 2022. The Project includes site preparation, planting, and maintenance and monitoring activities for restoration plantings.
