Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 4 to Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2015-0181-R4, issued to Entrada de Paso Robles, LLC. The Agreement authorizes activities related to the conversion of a small lake on an unnamed tributary to Dry Creek, a bridge over Dry Creek, and installation of a culvert in another unnamed tributary to Dry Creek in order to pave a dirt road. Amendment No. 4 includes a change in the design of the culvert crossing to be installed at Impact Area 3 to include excavation of material deposited as a result of unauthorized fill that was placed in Impact Area 3.
