Document Description
This is a request to construct a 240 foot long by six feet high levee. The base width will be 36 feet and the top width will be 12 feet. It is armored by rock gabions and will be contour graded and landscaped to return to a natural state. 3,220 cubic yards of earth and rock will be required to construct the levee. The historical 12-inch irrigation pipeline will require casing sleeve under the levee. The existing valve and 4-inch fire truck/water truck fill valve will have to be relocated to the west to avoid the levee and gabion slope protection blankets.
