- The Energy Commission reviewed the Final EIR for the Preserve (as certified March 25, 2003 SCH # 2000121036 State Clearing House Number 2002071120) as approved by the City of Chino. The City of Chino is the lead agency on this EIR, adopted per Resolution No. 2003-15 on the 25th day of March 2003. The CA Energy Commission is approving a grant to CA Homebuilding Foundation for the Zero Net Energy upgrades to 50 homes within the previously approved development.
