CDFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2008-0121-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: SunCal Companies, represented by Jeffrey T. Clemens, 391 North Main Street, #300, City of Corona, State of CA, 92880, Phone (951) 817-3532. The College Park Project is limited to development of a 470-acre site into 2,200 single-family residential lots with supporting infrastructure and the widening of Edison Avenue by one lane in each direction adjacent to the project site. Project activities include: the realignment of Magnolia Channel, the widening of Edison Ave, and the completion of the proposed residential development.
