The goal of the proposed project is to convey, sell, or otherwise transfer surplus property from State ownership to three parties: the City of Chino for expansion of recreational facilities, Chaffey Community College District for the development of the Chaffey College, and a private developer for the master-planned community that would be controlled by a Specific Plan adopted by the City of Chino.
