- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0096-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the City of Chino. The Magnolia Channel Routine Maintenance Project includes channel maintenance and invasive species removal to allow continual water movement down the channel to prevent the presence of standing water or thatching of fallen or dead cattails that provide breeding grounds for mosquitoes.
