Document Description
Update to the Airport Master plan including but not limited to the following: 1) Security requirements stemming from September 11, 2001; 2) terminal building renovations; 3) internal roadway redesign; 4) revised locations for future high speed runway exits; 5) 26 additional T-Hangar storage units; and 6) the acquisition and development of 32 acres for aviation-related users (revenue support assisting the Airport in maintaining self-sufficiency). In addition, the hotel site, which was identified in the previous plan, has been replaced by additional automobile parking and transportation staging. Finally, the location of future freight facilities has been moved to the northwest side from the east side. The site from which it was moved is now planned for general aviation corporate hangars.
