The County adopted an IS/ND in 2008 for the Avenue K Transmission Main Project, Phases I-V; Phases I-II have been implemented and the County is currently working on a SRF Loan application for Phase V. Due to minor changes in the project and as required under CEQA and the SRF Loan Program, an Addendum to the IS/ND has been prepared to evaluate the current environmental status of Phase IV of the Avenue K transmission Main Project.
