California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement pursuant to section 1603 (SAA #5-2002-0319) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Brad Porter, Comstock Homes. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed and banks by the implementation of a proposed residential housing development project located west of Grand Avenue, north of Holt Avenue and south of Interstate 10, in the City of West Covina. The proposed project is situated on approximately 9.1-acres and will be subdivided into 51 lots with the construction of 46 single family detached residential units.
