Document Description
LNR Riverside II, LLC has requested to remove the Arnold Heights Elementary School Overlay Zone from the March Business Center Specific Plan. This action is proposed because the Arnold Heights Elementary School has been closed, is being demolished, and the site has been purchased by LNR Riverside II, LLC, the master developer of the adjacent business park. This action affects approximately 110 acres of developable land within the 1,290 acre March Business Center Specific Plan. This action does not remove or otherwise effect a separate School Overlay Zone located in the area surrounding Tomas Rivera Elementary School.
