Document Description
Design approval PP 05-05 for three buildings located on one 3.04-acre lot at 14625, 14635, and 14645 Meridian Parkway within the March Business Center (Meridian) development. The development consists of three tilt-up concrete buildings finished in earthtone colors consistent with the March Business Center Design Guidelines. The project is consistent with the Industrial land use designation identified in the March JPA General Plan, and the March Business Center Specific Plan. Approval of Industrial development on this site was fully analyzed in the Focused EIR for March Business Center. The approval incorporates all existing mitigation measures approved in the March Business Center Focused EIR.
