Document Description
An addendum to the Certified March Business Center Specific Plan Focuses EIR for the Plot Plan and Variance approvals on lots 12, 12-W, 13-W, and 13-2-W of March Business Center (Meridian). Because the project is consistent with designated land uses and zoning contained in the March Business Center Specific Plan, the approval of proposed warehouse plot plan and associated variance will not result in any changes to the March Business Center project that would result in new significant environmental effects or a substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant effects.
