Installing a storm drain detention basin consisting of a system of large pipes beneath the street (Ave. Cabrillo). The culverts will range in size from 18 to 96 inches in diameter. The piping will start at 240 Ave. Cabrillo and end before N. Ola Vista. The project will also include 4 catch basins and appurtenances.
