Construction of a K-5 elementary school consisting of about 25,200 square feet and accommodating 300 students and 21 faculty/staff. The site comprises about 18 acres and historically was used for agricultural purposes. Most recently, the site was used as an almond orchard, however, the trees were removed in 2001, and the site was disked and is presently vacant.
