Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Notification of Lake or
Streambed Alteration, EPIMS Notification No. SBR-22044-R6 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code
to the project Applicant, San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District, as represented by Heather Dyer.
The project has two phases: the first phase is the rehabilitation of an existing sedimentation basin and inlet channel
to install a geosynthetic clay liner; and the second phase includes one single maintenance event consisting of
sediment removal from the basin bottom, and inlet and outlet channels.
