CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0062-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District. The Enhanced Recharge Project encompasses approx. 32 acres and includes the construction of a sandbox diversion/inlet structure within the existing concrete distributionary channel; a new inlet channel between the existing distributionary channel and the new proposed sedimentation basin; an outlet structure and new channel to the existing distributionary channel; and a new pipeline.
