Document Description
The proposed project would involve the development of a 706 unit subdivision broken down into two Tentative Tract Maps. Tentative Tract Map No. 2977 would consist of 193 units with 7,200 square foot minimum lots and 10.6 acres of open space. Tentative Tract Map No. 29835 consists of 513 dwelling units with 7,200 square foot minimum lots and 90-acres of open space.
