Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #16-2003-5017-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant Mr. Steve Temple. The applicant is proposing to widen a 1.5 mile section of the State Street and implement various drainage improvements to eliminate flooding of the road. The project will permanently impact 0.53 acres of ruderal vegetated channels, and temporarily impact 1.11 acres of ruderal vegetated channels. Total project impacts are 1.64 acres of jurisdictional waters and ruderal habitat.
