Document Description
The proposed project consists of a subregional shopping center with a 125,400 +/- square foot major anchor store in the north central portion of the site, a series of stores arching to the west and a second project component anchored by a supermarket to the east. The project will also include at least one (and perhaps as many as three) sit-down restaurants, and at least two (and perhaps as many as three) fast food restaurants. The second phase area is proposed to be designated as a "Flex-Zone", or overlay zone, that permits not only the commercial uses defined by the subject Specific Plan Amendment, but also the currently designated residential use. Phase 1 is comprised of a total area of 31.54 acres forming the western and central portion of the project site. Phase 2 is comprosed of a total area of 7.97 acres forming the eastern portion of the project site.
