Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control is proposing to approve a draft Removal Action Workplan (RAW) for remediation of lead contaminated soil at the Crossroads Investors III, LLC site. The RAW would allow for the following activites: excavation of lead contaminated soil, stockpiling of soil for confirmation sampling, transporting excavated contaminated soil to an off-site facility for disposal or treatment, by truck, backfill of excavation area following final confirmation sampling with clean fill material borrowed from other areas of the site.
