Document Description
The Applicant proposes to operate a new public water system that was constructed under Kern County’s authority as lead agency. The system components include an existing well (drilled in 2016) and new components including booster pumps, a 211,000 gallon water storage tank, treatment, and one pressure zone consisting of 13 connections.
