Document Description
Alter the streambed of an unnamed drainage, tributary to San Marcos Creek, tributary to the Pacific Ocean, to accommodate the construction of the Grand Area Project (previously known as Creekside Marketplace. Constructing activity includes the installation of a closed pipe storm drain system. Bulldozers, backhoes and graders will be used, resulting in the fill of 0.05 acre streambed.
