The proposed project includes the development of a 6.5 acre school site. The proposed school will provide a capacity for approximately 850 students (kindergarten through fifth grade). The full-time and part-time staff employment will be approximately 66 persons. The proposed project includes the construction of four play fields, two parking lots, classroom buildings (including administration and a library) and a multi-purpose building that includes an assembly room, dining facilities, and a covered lunch shelter.
