Document Description
The applicant is proposing to revise their existing CUP and Master Plan to allow the development of approximately 150,000 sf of additional building area for academic, athletic, dormitory, and other uses. The proposed locations of many of these buildings have been modified from the approved locations due to environmental, topographical, and aesthetic considerations. The project also proposes to add a newly acquired 3.48 acre parcel to the campus Master Plan (111.24 acres total), realign the internal drive within the academic center to the west, developa new southerly vehicular entrance, expand a recreational field, and adopt new architectural design guidelines for the campus. No increase in the number of students, parking spaces, parking permits, classroom seats, assembly seats, outdoor spectator seats, or student beds is proposed.
