Document Description
The proposed project is a redevelopment project. The proposed Redevelopment Project Area is located in San Diego County, in the City of San Diego. The Redevelopment Project area is approximately 1,032 acres in size and consists of three subareas (Subarea A, Subarea B, and Subarea C). The Crossroads Redevelopment Project will involve a number of subsequent actions over 20-30 year time period to implement the Redevelopment Plan. A net increase of approximately 2,421 dwelling units is estimated. Overall, non-residential square footage may slightly decrease, however, the amount of square footage will increase or decrease depending on the type of land use (commercial, industrial, institutional, etc.).
