The California Tahoe Conservancy has authorized an amendment to an existing option agreement in favor of El Dorado County to acquire easement rights over Conservancy-owned property that will facilitate the construction of three multi-purpose play fields, a parking lot, new access roadway, bicycle trail, and park facilities building on land owned by the California Tahoe Conservancy, the Lake Tahoe Community College and the South Tahoe Public Utility District.
