Document Description
The operator is proposing to change the elevation of an earthen channel tributary to Deer Creek, in order to provide positive drainage from the existing 72 inch storm drain outfall in the northwest corner of the Deer Creek detention basin off of Fairview Avenue in Brentwood, Contra Costa County. Approximately 370 linear feet of the existing earthen channel will be realigned to the west and deepened approximately 3-5 feet to connect with Deer Creek at the proper elevation. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0717 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Jeff Ratto/Beck Properties.
