Approximately 370 linear feet of the existing earthen channel will be realigned to the west and deepened approximately 3-5 feet to connect with Deer Creek at the proper elevation. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0717 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Jeff Ratto/Beck Properties.
