The Sunset Water Treatment Plant Improvement Project includes Whitney Reservoir raw water pump station improvements and Sunset Water Treatment Plant improvements. The agency proposes to replace the existing raw water pump station which has an existing capacity of approximately six million gallons per day with a new larger capacity pump station with electrical controls and switch gear enclosed in a masonry building.
