Document Description
(SAA#6-2002-55) The applicant proposes to develop 130 residential lots and supporting infrastructure on a single site of approximately 35.52 acres. Lots will be a minimum of 7,200 square feet in size. Access to the project will be from existing Seraphina Road and Rita Way and the future extension of Willows Ave. Sewer, water, telephone, electric, and gas lines will be extended into the site from existing service mains. A total of 0.27 acres of ephemeral streambed is found in various areas on the site, all of which will be impacted by construction.
