The applicant proposes four activities: Activity #1 involves installing an 89-foot bridge across Hayworth Creek (Class I watercourse and tributary to the Noyo River). Activity #2 involves upgrading an existing Humboldt type crossing in a Class II watercourse (unnamed tributary to Hayworth Creek) to a culvert type crossing. Activities 3 and 4 involve drafting water from Class I watercourse pools located on Hayworth Creek (WH1) and Gulch 7 (WH2).
