Document Description
(SAA #6-2002-003) The applicant proposes to subdivide a 386.10 acre property into 274 single-family estate-size residential lots, one equestrian lot, public streets, drainage improvements, a reduced grading concept, and septic tanks for waste disposal. Implementation of the project will result in direct impacts to the twelve on-site drainages, nine of which are identified as ephemeral, two intermittent, and one perennial. A jurisdictional delineation performed for the project finds 0.611 acre of jurisdictional impacts for CDFG.
