Document Description
As approved by the State Water Resources Control Board on March 21, 2002 under Board Resolution No. 2002-0042, the amendment revised the Basin Plan by incorporating a total maximum daily load for pathogens for the New River and made minor revisions to the discussions regarding nonpoint source controls. Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved the regulatory provisions of amendments to the water quality control plan for the Colorado River Basin Region on May 23, 2002.
