Document Description
In conjunction of the construction of an 8,540 square foot Islamic religious facility, the operator proposes to replace the existing 18 inch storm drain outfall and replace it with a 30 inch diameter outfall at 1121 Old Canyon Road, Fremont, Alameda County. The outfall is approximately 20 feet north of the edge of pavement on the southern bank of Alameda Creek. a clean natural rock energy dissipater will be constructed at the outfall to prevent bank erosion. The CA Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0097 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Anjuman-E-Najmisf.
