Metropolitan proposes the Community Partnering Program, which provides funds for sponsorships, memberships, and special events for educational water awareness programs and activities of non-profit organizations. The purpose of the program is to encourage competition for the best programs that will advance water education and wise water use. One of the memberships wil also support a study involving data collection.
