Document Description
The operator proposes to replace a low flow crossing by installing a flat car bridge crossing over Carneros Creek directly across from 1555 Henry Road, Napa, Napa County. The 66 foot flatcar bridge will set on poured concrete footings. The eastern footing will be approximately 8 feet from the top of bank and the western footing will be approximately 20 feet from the top of bank. After the footings have been completed, the bridge will be placed on the footings with a crane. To place the bridge, vegetation may require some slight hand trimming, and one 5 inch DBH maple will be removed. The site will be accessed by an existing vineyard road. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0332 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
