Document Description
Chevron proposes to re-bury the portion of the Bay Area Products Line (which conveys diesel, jet fuel, and three grades of gasoline) in Livermore. This eight inch Creek (township and range are T3S and R2E, respectively) in Livermore. This eight inch diameter pipeline has been exposed in the creek bed due to scouring and now is above ground and is exposed to stream flows. In order to protect the pipeline from future damage, Chevorn is proposing to place the pipe underground, approximately five feet below the channel bed. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0176 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
