Document Description
The Sequoia School District proposes modernizing the work of a National Historic Landmark to include the addition of a new restroom building, interior renovations and structural seismic upgrade work. Infrastructure for upgraded drainage around Carrington Hall will also be done.

This modernization project will imprvethe existing historical building while maintaining its historical value and significance. This project will not result in a significant or adverse impact on the physical environment. In addition, the new restroom structure is State mandated as part of this mondernization. This project will be done on existing school property and will not affect student capacity. The State Historical preservation Officer has been notified and has approved the project.
