The Sequoia Union High School District proposes to build a new gymnasium which will contain four distinct interior spaces: wrestling, aerobics, and weight rooms, and a center basketball/volleyball/badminton gym. This project is a minor addition to an existing school. The new gym is located in a portion of the existing parking area southwest of the main gym. In additon, this new building will not affect any historical structures or buildings, nor will it increase student capacity by more than 25% or ten classrooms. This project will not result in a significant or adverse impact on the physical environment.
