Document Description
The project involves the construction of an accessible fishing dock between the Sail Cove area and the swimming area at Perris Beach and another east of Power Cove adjacent to the horseshoe pits. Each dock will be approximately 126-feet in total length, consisting of 3 to 4 foot by 30 foot gangways, 2 to 8 foot by 10 foot dock landings, and 1 to 12 foot by 20 foot fishing floats. In addition, there will be a concrete landing and a hard surface parking area connected by a hard surface path. The two dock landings will be on piers supported by concrete pedestals measuring approximately 12 foot by 15 foot by 3 foot. The higher of the two pedestals at each location will be visible at the design low pool elevation of 1,581 feet.
