Document Description
The operator proposes to install a 10 inch plastic pipe outfall into Bell Canyon Creek at 270 Glass Mountain Road, St. Helena, Napa County. The outfall is attached to a drop inlet at the base of the vineyard where ponding occurs. To install the outfall, a trench will be dug approximately 2 feet wide and 4 feet deep. The outfall will be positioned on the bank to discharge into the existing vegetation and sheetflow into the creek. The outfall will also be positioned to avoid impacts to the roots of the large oak tree residing on the bank. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0369 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
