Document Description
Central Coast Water Authority (CCWA) agrees to instruct the Department of Water Resources (DWR) to deliver to Dudley Ridge Water District (DRWD), at a time and place to be determined by DWR and DRWD, a total of up to seven hundred forty five acre feet of CCWA's SWP water. In exchange, DRWD agrees to instruct DWR to deliver to CCWA, prior to December 31, 2012, an equivalent quantity of water (up to a total of seven hundred forty five acre feet to which DRWD would otherwise take delivery.
