Document Description
Project A located on lot 28 Eagles Nest (Hamilton Estates) is a vacant lot, stairs measuring 10 feet in length, 10 feet high and 10 feet wide will be constructed on lake bottom extending from the private property to the public portion of the lake bottom. A 2 foot by 2 foot toe ditch will surround the stairs which will be lined with an erosion filter fabric to protect the footings. The ditch will also be filled with 12 inch or larger diameter rip rap. Project B is exactly the same as Project A but is located adjacent to at 42030 Eagles Nest. Streambed Alteration Agreement # 6-2002-35.
