Document Description
The project is an annual off-highway vehicle race or sand drag competition held as a special event over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. The event is designed as competition to promote four-wheel and off-highway vehicle recreation sponsored by local and national off-highway vehicle clubs. The event is held in an open sand dune area of Oceano Dunes SVRA known as Maidenform Flats. No vegetated or other sensitive habitat areas are within the event area.
