Proposal to remove a failed 84-inch corrugated steel culvert and concrete head walls from the crossing of Green Valley Road at Green Valley Creek and construct a stream crossing with a 120-inch culvert and rock slope protection (RSP) in its place. This project involves the placement of 665 cubic yards of structural fill and 323 cubic yards of rock slope protection. This project requires a Riparian Exception and Grading Permit.
